Running deco software on a Mac

I have just brought a Mac computer - which I'm very pleased with and it couldn't be easier or better to use, and I now need to reinstall deco planning software. I've been happily using Deco Planner for years and now need to decide the way forward. So do I:

a) install a pc emulator on my Mac and then carry on using Decoplanner - in which case any recommendations on emulators for Macs?

b) switch to a native-Mac deco planner - again any recommendations?

thanks

Hugh

Thumbs up

I use a programme called Nautilus which is a fairly decent bit of stuff. I took a while to get used to it, but now that I am more comfortable with it and my mac as well, I am coming up with some decent deco plans (despite what Paul Oliver thinks!!)

Mark Ellyatt's DecoChek runs within a Java environment, so will work fine on a Mac. It's also free to use down to 40m

Assuming it's a new Mac, and thus Intel based, you can install Parallels and run Linux or Windows on it. I installed the Linux version of V-Planner and SUSE Linux without too much pain on my MacBook.
