Body positioning will also play a bit part. When stationary move your arms out in front of you and tuck your feet up to your arse a bit (you may need to clench a bit to get this perfect ) and you should rotate feet down, put your arms by your sides and stretch your feet out and you should rotate feet up

other way round, surely? arms out, legs up - tip forward (head down). arms back, legs out - tip back (feet down)

I tried a set of euro's today - they were lurrrvelly, really nice flat trim

which was lucky, since I've got a set en route from nackers
