| Relief valve lift bag Hello All, I have just bought a 50lb, yellow lift bag. To be used as a back-up smb & 'help!'. It is the self sealing type. The relief valve at the top faces inwards with the dump string inside the bag going down to the bottom. The problem with the valve facing inwards is that it cannot work as an over pressure valve. Should I change the valve so it faces outwards, but exposes the long dump string? Do self sealing smbs/lift bags allow air to pass without the valve?
