Wing - How to adjust harness

I'll try and help.. I used to have a TCW CD wing.. and if its the same harness, It should make sence.

The shoulder straps cross over behind the neck, the side with the break (pinch clip) goes on top of the other always...or it will restrict release.

Now do up the chest strap... look in a mirror and bring your shoulder staps together using the chest strap so they hang nicely over you shoulders... then tighten down the shoulder straps... Jobs a goodun.

Thanks for your help, especially clare's guide, even though it more DIR it helped. I think i have it sorted, but have to do that dive to make sure.
