Roughing the numbers out they are using ideal gas laws.

Sadly ideal gas laws aren't ideal. They are a bit hit and miss at 200 bar final pressure but will do but at 300, where I live, they are sadly lacking.
May I refer you to my woffle on the subject....

that is what mine says more or less.
I dropped it back to 145 bar, then it says to add 1.8 bar of air, 12.9 bar O2 and 75.3 bar of He. Gives a fill of 235 bar.

In fact, i have now run it on 2 programmes and it gives the same answer.

Whilst I know 'Ideal Gas Laws' are not ideal, they have always been close enough for me.

You did blow out the debris tube didn't you. (volume times 235) A nice ultra slow feed bleeds the tube and valve's worth of last-gas-in into the analyser while an amaterish swoosh of gas feeds real tank gas.
With a twinset this is far more noticable and you can see the manifold clear of the last-gas-in before it reads right.
Go on.. tell me you put the helium in last.

yep He last but that was about 1pm this afternoon & I never tested it untill about 6pm
