Red face Kowalski - which model do I have?

Hi
Have recently purchased a Kowalski torch (gets it first dive tomorrow at Wraysbury) but neither the seller (he bought it second hand too) or I can figure out which model it is. It has polished metal body (mine has a neoprene cover over it) with a 'Kowalski' label on each side, a black metal handle and on the back a CE mark, two holes for the charger, one small round 'window' (I'm guessing this is a charge light) and the 50%/100% dial with the red locking switch above it - is there anything obvious about say the 1250 over any other model? Silly question, but the charger says it's for a range of models up to the 1250, so it could be one of many.
Regards, and dive safe
Martin

Looks like a 1250

Looks like mine. 45928 is under CE. Also says "speed" under kowalski on side (need to remove neoprene cover). Tip: Turn inside out for the black tek look

If you don't have the user guide/manual, it's an A4'sh sheet I can send you a copy. PM me if you want one.

Hi
Doesn't have 'Speed' anywhere on it so I'm guessing its the 1250 not 1250S, and yes, a copy of the guide/maunal would be great - if you need a fax number let me know, otherwise, email it to me - addy is in my profile.
Many thanks
Regards, and dive safe

You could probably tell which one it is by it's exterior dimensions.

Have a look at http://www.lighthousediving.co.uk/ (under "the Kowalski Range")

Laters,

Burn time

Quote:
Fitted with a 50 Watt HLX bulb providing a burn time of 32 minutes, this will be your choice for every dive. You can set the output in two steps to either 50% or 100% brightness or there is the option of a dimmer switch (20-100%).
32 minutes! That'll teach me for not reading about it before buying! My old UK400 lasted longer than that! Oh well, see how I get on this year with it.
