OK to give you a comparative measure I was in Missus Woz's car the day I received them and went for a showoff in the car park at the pool. My 21W unit outshone both of her headlights- all you could see was lovely blue light rather than the light from the headlights. Apparently a 21W is about the same as 100W halogen and the 10 is about the same as a 50.

So- bright then...

I love my Salvo 21W umbilical - which is virtually identical to the Halcyon units. My only complaint (well, ok not really a complaint since the light is a virtual light sabre) is that uses the same #3 reflector as the Halcyon units (it has the "3" stamped in it). I've spent a little extra to pick up an EKPP reflector which apparently makes a bit of a difference.

OK - so torch got two days diving this weekend (which meant I had to go too!)

It was, frankly,

Nice tight(ish) white(ish) beam which stood out nicely even in the gloom at 30 (ish ) meters at Vobster.

Disappointingly - started flickering on third dive today (almost certainly battery) so shut off and now on full charge. Have been told that this can happen on the firts few charging cycles so will monitor.
