Try Keith Forward ( Forward Diving Services) at Poole, I have no phone no. to hand as I am working from memory but these people now market the Sealamp range of lamps which use the Dacor type toggle switch and boot and are helpful and friendly..

If you get stuck I'll find you the part no's as I'm sure I have some on stock in the workshop..
Hope this helps
Stuart

Yes it is.

The Halcyon/EE lights (and probably the Salvo's too) use an ordinary SPST toggle switch. The boot is the only thing preventing water ingress at depth.

They don't usually give any trouble.

My advice is to get one from Halcyon UK (if it's a Halcyon light).

Bob

Thanks Bob

The cannister is home made with a dacor switch so I guess the halycon one won't fit it.

I ask 'cos I am tring to figure out how to set up my lovely Salvo Head unit (which switches from the battery cannister) with my CD umbilical cannister (that switches at the light head).
The only thing I have sealing the switch is the rubber boot itself without an o-ring, this is a home made torch though, don't know if the salvo's are different but I wouldn't have thought so. The screw on the dacor unit is built in so don't know if there is an o-ring in that.
