Well......adios for the head mounted deal.....at least until I become some super cave diving guru, and write my own way on how to dive. Until then, other options will be explored.

just to add that there is a very good reason not to have a head mounted torch ...... it makes skippers laff themselves sick ....cos you look like a knob!!!

I do anyway. The torch could only help them to see that was the case in the dark
