Question Green Force Arrow 12 Battery Users?

How do you carry yours? I am using the supplied clamp but find it less than ideal. I don't want to use the pouch either.
Any other innovative methods? Anyone used small stage cylinder clamps?

Cheers,

Darren

Thumbs up

I just have a couple of bungies and leave it between my twins. On the single O used to bungy it to the main cylinder between the pony and my BCD.

greenforce arrow 12 battery users

hello ive turned out 2 mountings from 50mm solid stainless bar. cut at 50mm long. put a 8mm thread down the middle. then mounted them in a 4 jaw and turned out through the side 30 mm. this allows you to mount a bolt through the bands into the mountings and then from the stainless steel back plate side into the mountings. this allow you to slip the arrow 12 down between the back plate and cylinders you end up with 10mm lenth of 8mm thread at each end. it also allows you to take some weight of youre belt.

When I used the A12 battery setup it was sat between the cylinders and held in place with camband. Nice and simple.

Thanks for the replies

I got myself a goodman handle from Kent Tooling at the dive show.
Great bit of kit.

Does anyone know if you can get the worm drive stage cylinder clamps small enough to tighten around the A12 battery?

I hold mine in place with a Kent tolling pony clamp held onto the battery with cable ties. It holds the battery firmly to the cylinder and is tucked out of the way.
