| I am currently working on a mounting for a can lamp myself. I have decided to use a bit of old drainpipe and cut two slots in that to allow it to be attached to the BP strap. Seal the bottom up with a blanking plug (drilled a bit to let the water out This has the added advantage of protecting the battery pack from accidental knocks. I have so far not been able to get the blanking plug this side of the water, but the very helpful nice folk at YD have found a source for me in the UK for this week. I have the clips to do exactly what you are suggesting but its a PITA to undo them every time you need to take the thing off for charging. Chris

| Chris can't you just slide the waist harness strap out of the loop?

Extra weight belt buckle can be used to stop it slipping round the front of the waistband I've read on here. Going to be trying mine mounted this way too. Cheers, Dave.

| No need for ANY sewing. Just extend the two free ends far enough to be trapped by BOTH jubilee clips. Tadah!

The battery pack is a bit big to have that far forward. Then where would you put the mask? But if you have a different setup I can see what you are saying and agree. Chris
