| charger.... Just a thought....have tried the four rubber feet on the charger itself, it has been known to place fixing screws underneath them to stop people tampering with them..its a possibility....there may be an internal fuse ( WILL B ) inside the unit aswell if u can get in... |

| Hi DDD, As Alistairb says, there are probably screws under the rubber feet, (or failing that the whole case is glued together, break it apart with a flat blade screwdriver by following the "clamshell" seal around the middle) there will be a circuitboard-mounted fuse inside. **** Bear in mind that this is a switching power supply and there can be 350-500 volts dc inside THAT CAN KILL YOU even after being unplugged from the mains for a while! Don't blame me if it bites you If this fuse is blown, then the supply is probably bin fodder anyway. If a replacement is very expensive, you could try using one of these: UNBRANDED 98060876 (PW0149604) only around £25 at the moment - modify the cable ends to match you torch (look like standard 4mm "banana" plugs). HTH Steve

| Suunto post sales support is very good here in the UK and I would definitely drop them a line before I attempted to fix or replace it. It is almost certainly out of warranty but they may well still be able to do something for you. |

| Looking at that any 24v DC charger rated to 2amp should do you'd have to cut the plugs off the old one and join to new one but may get you out of a bind in the short run.
