Gilan Explorer 24W HID Umbilical

Hi,

Has anyone seen used one of these Dutch made umbilical's? They look quite good. Price not bad either at 645 euro's delivered.

I've been using a Gilan Traveller Plus HID torch for about 3 or 4 years now and have had no problems with it. Customer service has always been good from Steven at Gilan too.

Quality kit and I think even John Bantin liked it when he tested it.

I think the 24w HID is about the same as 100w halogen.

Cheers

Simon

have alook at the greenforce made in belgium they do a 21watt and a 50 watt hid head.bit of advise check what bulb is in the gilan,if it is a brightstar bulb it will be ok.if it is a welch alleyn bulb they are a lot more fragile than the brightstar.

Sorry, but the burntime (under two hours would wind me up). It looks liike a greenforce copy to me, I'd do what Rob says and look at the Greenforce, there range is excellent.
