| I'd go with the best you can afford. I wouldn't sell a kidney to get the 21W over the 10W but I would stop and think about it for a while... They are both superb but the 21W is well worth the extra if your budget can stretch to it. |

| So many times I've bought "not quite the right thing" and then ended up changing it after a while which ended up costing more than I would have spent in the first place. A good HID is frighteningly expensive for a "posh candle" as Zak calls them - but it'll become completely indispensable and you won't ever want to go green water diving without it. Don't think of it as just something to illuminate the wreck - use it for staying in touch with your buddy and telling him your OK - it makes life so much easier and safer. No-one ever said diving was cheap

| Has anyone splashed out on the 35W, looks an awsome thing. trouble is Ive got to drive to Brum now and have a look at them. G. |

| I think Phill's sold one so far. The Foxturd chimps are supposed to be testing one for him soon - we'll stick a report up on here once we have - he's just waiting on more stocks at the moment

| You'll find it's too bright, the 35W one. A 10W light is plenty enough cahoonies for UK diving, 18/21W if you want to show off and 35W if you are videoing stuff. Otherwise it's like driving through fog with your full beam on- you can't see diddly squat and your night vision is toast.
