21W, equivalent to the 18W Halcyon, is fine for UK diving. The 10's are good, and some of my buddies use them, but on clearer days with a lot of ambient light, then the 10 is harder to see for signalling purposes. 35's are for video, and will just decrease burntime for little practical benefit. If someone says different, then they are misguided IMHO . The main choice is really burntime, and I would go for something in the 6 hour range, enough for a full weekends diving.
