| Hi, This happens occasionally even with "smart" chargers I'm afraid. The best thing to do is to plug in switch on, check after 5 mins if green, switch off the charger, then unplug the battery, leave for 30 secs or so then plug in the battery and switch on the charger. Check again after 5 mins you should find it's red then. PM me please as well. ! HTH
