Mine was made by :
Strikalite Batteries UK - the battery specialists
I contacted the guy, sent him my old flooded battery pack and he made a new one up using the existing reuseable components, ie plug socket etc.
Cant remember how much it cost but was a lot cheaper than one from the manufacturer.
It was as good as the original, unfortunately though (as Steve has mentioned) my torch decided in march that it preffered a long term home on the Persier at Plymouth rather than remaining with the rest of my dive kit.
Was it the cadmus???

I was thinking the Lightship but that was something different - you couldn't see for a different reason!

If anyone is interested, I have been quoted £52 by Strikalite to re-build the battery. They will use Sanyo D 5000mAh R Tagged batteries.

There is a cheaper alternative afterall!

If any of you make the same mistake, make sure you keep the battery as some of the components are required for a rebuild.
