Exclamation Frogman Lenser

Hi All,

I purchased a second hand (but almost new) Frogman Lenser Led torch from a YDer.
Problem is, it was so hard to turn on, on land that I didnt bother trying it in the water!

I put it in warm water, and it loosened, once the end was removed I found that the O-ring was badly damaged

Question is: Can you buy replacements?
How much?
Where from?

cheers
Aaran

Yes, the person you bought it from

I would come to an agreement with your seller as he would have known this and if he didn't declare it, poor show.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

I too also have a Frogman Lenser which does occasionally get tight to undo on surface but easier in water. Have you tried your lds to see if they would have O ring to fit or if they can send it back. I believe they have a life time guarantee and they quite happily gave me a new one when mine somehow flooded! Apaprently my lds sent 2 back to them in same week which they had never had to do before.

I find they perform better in very poor visibility or on a night dive rather then low viz. A nice white light. £25 is a bargain as I paid £39 for mine which is ok for a back up torch

I got mine for £17.99 from 7dayshop

Nice little torch, just don't over tighten the head as the plastic thread with crack. I tighten enough just to turn it off and then on just enough to errr yeah. Oh and some fluorosilicone grease on the thread helps to smooth the action.
