I found when I had to pull my battery pack apart that I couldnt get any shrink wrap, so I just heat glued it all back together. The top plate with the contacts (which is a horrible design) just sits on top and is held on by the shrink wrap, or in my case mases of glue and mastic. This of course makes it very difficult to get the battery pack back into the torch body as there is bugger all room between battery and housing, so strap the batteries together before glueing, then take the strapping off as it really is that tight.
