The UK brand of torches are pretty good. I've met many divers using them and are quite happy with them.
If you are looking for something to light up holes, and fish, I'd suggest you use one of these new blue light lcd torches. I've been using one for a year now and found that unlike white light or normal lights LCD do not scare the fish away.
If you are interested in seeing colors some torches wash out the colors.
The "blue light" don't.

try searching US surpliers as they seem to be cheaper than uk and with the exchange rate it makes it cheaper but beware you'll be charged vat at customs when it arrives 17.5%

Dive tank will ship to the UK, I've had stuff (not torches) delivered from them to Ireland. Cheap but their communication isn't the best. Apart from that they were fine to deal with and I'd have no problems using them again.
