FA&Mi 2002

Heya,

I've got an FA&Mi 2002 umbilical torch, took it to vobsterthis weekend and usually it a brill torch but in the siltyness i kinda wanted a bit more. So i was thinking of trying and change the reflector angle, to reduce the wasted light. I think its 18deg at the moment with a 35W equiv 6v G4 20w halogen bulb in it and the battery is 7.2v 3.8Ah. Not sure if there are any other types of bulb that include a reflector. I just wanted to see if any one had any ideas, apart from getting a salvo or somesuch uber expensive thing, i'm a student so money is somewhat limited. I'd be interested in trying to build a battery or something and put a 12v brighter bulb in it.

Thanks for any input,
Pete
