All the LED lights are good as far as I can see. I had Hesers and they were fine through two cave courses, I now dive LED Mini Scouts as I prefer the size. Haven't seen the Salvo version but bound to be similar as are the Photon Torpedos - can't go wrong really.

As for four!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

I shall have to strave from now til Christmas to pay for these two on top of everything else. Ho hum

Lou

Apparently they burn a very long time. I have not tested them personally but a Cave chap burn tested his in a bath and after 42 hours his wife lost patience and made him remove it. Apparently it was still burning but I don't know how brightly.

I use them as general torches with no worries at all. One switched on and clipped off to your D ring makes staggering out of the mexican cenotes easier - and avoids you falling down a hole back into the cave on the walk back to the car at night

I you have your own water source, you may have answered your own question

BTW you would ruin the night vision of every critter in a 100m radius I would suspect too!!

Mal

It might be better to get a sensible answer from Jack though.

You didn't think I'd miss this one did you ?

The Salvo Rats are fine out of the water. Both the Junior and Senior.

Hours and hours no problem.

Hang on,

Rewind....."IN THE JUNGLE"?

"Get me I'm a celebrity " kind of jungle?

or
"In the jungle,
the mighty jungle,
the lion guffaws at Lou's whimpy torch?"

Did I miss something?
