Replacement bulb for Ikelite PCa

Anyone know of a cheap source for these bulbs? I don't fancy paying £6 from Simply Scuba, and since the last bulb (itself a replacement after the torch made contact with the kitchen floor) blew pretty quickly there may be a fault in the torch, and £6 is too much to find that out since i only want to sell it!

The bulb is marked 'KSA-4' (which i assume is a standard bulb fitting/wattage or whatever) and 'Hong Kong'. I've tried Maplins but without success.

Anyone got any ideas where i can source these cheaply? Or how to check the torch for faults?
