Question Mini Scout LED upgrade...anyone done it..?
I've recently bought a Mini Scout light from H... and was looking at Phils LED upgrade...

Backup lights, Salvo, Photon Torpedo

Has anyone upgraded....? What do you think...?

Apart from extended burn time.. are there any other benifits..?

Whats the burn time like..?

Those that have burn tested them got bored and turned them off

much brighter, but even phil told me not to upgrade both my backups as they dont cut through in low vis as well as the halogen

Much brighter. Burn time probably much longer too.

Much head scratching when mine arrived as it didn't work until I found you have to put the batteries in the other way round with the LED.

I did the Nik Naks one. I would be very surprised if the Halcyon one is twice as good as well as being twice as expensive.
