Salvo HID to LED conversion

Hi,

Just a quick note to say that following the launch of the Salvo LED range of primary dive lights a few people have asked can they fit an LED head to their existing canister ?

Well, the answer is YES you can.

Now the 21W LED throws a sweet beam and has a small head, which is what quite a few people are looking for.

You can fit the LED head to either a NiMH or Li Ion Salvo.

If this is something that appeals then email me for further details. enquiries@divingniknaks.com

Cheers

I could see that if you had a HID with a fragile bulb (ahem ), but my Salvo HID seems pretty solid so far so genuinely curious if that's the only good reason...

Neil,

It was a response to several people asking if they could do it, so I said yes

This 21W LED throws a very sweet spot and I'd say would be just dandy for signalling tbh.

But not having had one (or myself) underwater yet, I would say that wouldn't I ?

Ruggedness for sure, and don't forget the bit on your hand is tiny compared to the NiMH / Li Ion lights, which some people will definately prefer.
