Maybe because there is a very nice Halcyon Pro 15 light on sale there with one bid of £50.00? Although the postage charges are taking the p**s |

There's almost 4 days left to run. I'll bet you any money you like it'll go for a lot more than that even with the outrageous postage. Only an idiot puts in serious bids any more than 10 seconds before the end of an eBay auction these days. The only bidder so far is either taking a punt or has bid in order to remove a 'Buy-it-Now' option, thus ensuring the auction runs its course (unless the seller sells it off-site). I could find any number of eBay items that look like bargains when they've still got more than a few hours left to run, there's nothing special about this one. If you watch ANY Halcyon gear sold on eBay, most of it goes for silly money, even crap like Gator wraps and ACB pouches. A 1 litre argon bottle went for £82 the other day 'cos it had a couple of feet of webbing and some Halcyon badges! |

| If I stick a Halcyon badge on my BCD I have been trying to sell do you mean it will get a bidder? Spare Halcyon badges anyone please? I am going to keep an eye on ebay to see if your theory is right Nick. So how much do you reckon it will go for and shall we have a little wager of £5.00 proceeds to next YD charity? I say the torch will finally sell for £110.00 Last edited by yazzyfooty : 31-03-08 at 08:16 PM. |
