Kowalski - Access to Bulb?

After I was putting my kit away after the weekend I noticed that the bulb in my Kowalski had somehow worked its way out of its 2-pin holder.

Any pointers as to how to gain access to refit it would be appreciated.

Richard

Same thing happened to mine. I don't have it any more, buit from memory, there is either one or two very small screws on the outer casing (bulb end I think, but maybe the bottom) remove them, then the whole casing should slide or screw off giving access to the bulb.

Hi, I have a 620 speed and the way to access the bulb is to remove the 2 allen screws at the rear of the lamp near the handle. They are very small and can be quite tight to unscrew.
Once removed you need to carefully twist, pull or push the outer casing forward, as if moving it away from the handle. Be very carefull as you will now be exposing all the inners, circuitry etc.
The whole casing can be removed and you will expose the connection for the bulb. Do not touch the bulb with your bare hands, use a cloth to put it back in place.
Once the bulb is back in place I would suggest you grease the "O" rings and area around and it will be easier to replace the casing. Align the allen screws up and replace, you should lightly grese these.

Then Bob's your auntie, but check it all works, in fact do so before replacing the casing.
