Some of the comments around brightness and depth seem to be a little misleading. Its cutting throught the ambient light in shallower depths that is most difficult for the 10w HID

I wont go back
I have a Salvo 21 watt HID, here i am on a dive, the other in the vid is a 10 watt led... I prefer mine but i wouldnt turn the led down as a back up torch..!

which is only really applicable if youre using your torch for signalling

I've found the 21W quite poor for that too in shallows with bright sunlight No idea on the 25 or 50W...

250W GreenForce my 'uvver 'arf was using is brighter (and larger) than the sun so wasn't any issues.
