Divingniknaks Salvo Order Hietous?
I ordered a Salvo from Divingniknaks early last week, payment has been processed but I have not even had a confirmation of the order yet.

I also haven't had a response to any of my e-mails or voicemails to him

I know he is reputable as many people here use him - any clues as to what the going on? Divingniknaks if you're reading this, could you please ship me blooming Salvo please?

James keep trying mate, him and Amanda will sort you out but do occasionally drop the odd ball when things go mad.

Try Skype if you're on it.

And shout if you get desperate for a light, I have 3 Salvo HiDs that I use for scooter sessions but I've kept things clear till after 4th May so I have 2 spare for a couple of weeks...

Cheers Rob, I've still got my Proteus 3 but the burn time is b*llocks. Hopefully I'll hear from him soon.

Amanda phoned me up today, Salvo have acknowledge a problem with a batch of their torches (which fits in with some of the reports of issues on YD) and have asked DivingNiknaks not to send any more out from that batch).

Which is fair enough, I just wish someone could have told me so I could set my expectations.

As soon as we knew there was a problem, we did. We were the ones who brought the problem to the attention of Salvo, due to a couple of failures from customers who got lights last Friday.

Just to add an update the Salvo has still not arrived yet.

Apparently they are not even in the States yet which means they probably won't be with me for at least week - that will be over a month since I placed the order.

I wanted it for my Fundies
