So there was my lovely Greenforce on the Countess going "blinkity blink blink blink" . Sometimes off, other times on but mostly "blinkity blink blink blink"

I gave it a thorough clean and grease but while the blinking seemed less the lumens clearly weren't right so I gave Rob a call.

After patiently listening to my explanations and taking me through some testing he ascertained it's the umbilical and straight away tells me to send it back and he'll send me a replacement by return.

No question, no hassle and no delay. It can't get much better than that. Totally stress free and perfect customer service

F A N T A S T I C

I sent my poorly umbilical to Rob on the afternoon of Weds 23rd, 1st class to be signed for.
At noon today, Friday 25th, I was about to call Rob and check it had arrived ok when Mr Postman came to my door with a parcel. It was the replacement umbilical ! Could that service be any better?!

All connected up, works perfectly and I got a cute little Greenforce mesh bag as well

Thanks Rob and as for the "inconvenience". What inconvenience! I don't think you could improve your customer service without telepathically predicting what we want and supplying it for free!
