| You could tuck it in to your waist belt when you aren't using it. |

| On my single, I strap the battery pack to my cylinder and route the umbilical over my shoulder and down an arm. The torch head has both a Goodman handle (used to be a snoopy loop) that I can put round my left hand, and also a clip so can clip this to a shoulder D-ring when I don't need it. On my twins, I tuck the battery pack in my wing bungee and again route it over my shoulder and Goodman handle onto my hand.

| I use a metal sub so it will never go on my waist belt the battery is fixed to right hand cylinder plug pointing down cable comes under my right arm along with spg and is clipped off to the d ring on my shoulder adjustment strap this having a bit of slack mean it's not often i have to unclip it never bothered with a goodman handle yet

| Two dog clips... If you are wearing your canister on your right one simple solution that works well is to cable tie a second dog-clip to the umbilical cable at the right height that allows you to clip it to your right shoulder D-ring. A second clip on the head for clipping it off when not in use. This ensures that the cable is neatly routed across your body from the canister to your left hand when torch is in use and means that if you don't want to clip the head off whilst you are doing something (ie drop it) then the head is only a little way beneath you. Just my opinion - but it's simple and works Hugh |

Main thing is tidying up for water entry/ascents when the torch is not in use, but when you are most likely to be doing something (like sending a blob up or getting in!!) that you could tangle with. |
