Yeah, there's quite a few new bits that need adding and I'm behind tbh.

Been concentrating on getting it onto a new server after the performance problems f the last 10 days or so. That should be completed by end of tomorrow along with some new announcements that we'll make at the same time.

So what the 21w led comparable to ? 18w hid ?

I was using the 21W LED on Thursday, I'd say it is about comparable to the sun, not quite as bright or focused as a 21W HID but not far off at all.

Some reports are that it is brighter than an old model 18W HID, but I can't be sure this is right. I don't know if HID bulbs degrade with age...?

I have a funny feeling that another well know American manufacturer is going to release an LED head that is compatable with their existing range of cylinders and batteries.

I have no proof of this, just an idea.

Will there be a possiblity of having the hard handle as an option (dare I say slightly discounted)?

Or is it just best to call nik naks when purchasing?

Right the 12W LED now has the option of the Hard Handle on the website.

Not sure the hard handle is all it's cracked up to be. I've dived my 21W LED three times now and every time one of the screws holding the handle has worked loose.
Have tried tightening it but as the slotted bar it screw into is plastic I am nervous about overtightening it.
It's a definite irritation and I am sure I will lose one of the screws soon at this rate.

Try some locktite or something similar on the threads

I haven't had any problems with the hard handle on my 21W LED.

You could put a touch of Loctite on the screw head maybe?
