Brightstar Darkbuster
My Brightstar Darkbuster 24W(spot) has arrived, and when I removed the screw to charge it, there were 2 'O' rings on the screw . . .

Is this normal???

2 o rings are good

less chance of a failure.

keep em clean

what sort of bulb has it?

I'm afraid two 'O' rings, where there's only meant to be one, is certain disaster, hence my question.

ok if theres 2 o-ring grooves side by side however i cant imagine putting two oring in one groove by mistake! or is it a spare?

did you buy it from flea-bay or a proper dealer? if the later i would give them a ring..

take one o-ring off, if the grooves big enough for two then maybe its supposed to be there...

cool good luck with your ring mate, however if you ever need to be beaten down a peg with the brightness thing you can come and dive with my 50 watt metalsub hid! ha ha

2 O rings in mine Colin, they are 2 different diameters and I haven't had an issue thus far (all be it a small "far" )

I have an old 21w ( one of Woz's ). They have 2 Orings. 1 large one at the top ( immediately below the screw bit ) and a smaller one immediately below ( on the thread ).
