Yup that's the relevant point. My gf bought some Mares She Dives kit that have really hot girls in the pic in the advert, sadly my hopes of a menage a trois were dashed since it seems the hot girl isn't included in the package (Sarah, if you read this, you are of course much hotter )

It depends on what the advert/site listing actually said - if it listed a handle, you're entitled to a handle, if not, you're not. (not going to get further into legal ins and outs at 3am - but that's essentially it).

Incidentally, not everyone dives with a goodman handle. Mine fell off, I haven't fixed & torch works fine without
