Cannister light " O " ring

Just a quick question for all you knowledgeable folk.
I have a Halcyon Proteous 3 cannister light, should I be greasing the O ring ?
or is this something you only do with camera housing O rings.

No, but you should keep it clean. If you are already greasing it though you will have to carry on.

Thanks for that Andy, I´ve used the light on a few dives...have never greased the O ring. Don´t know why it´s taken me four months to think of the question.
