It was the weight of the make up bags obviously!!!

Nah twas a really good course and Rich wasn't THAT nasty all in all. There was one bit when he swam through the team real calm, glanced at me and indicated OOG with the teeniest motion, and the one when I went OOG while Brian was in the middle of SMB deployment....challenging.

I agree with Brian, holding the trim and such (especially when not used to it) is very tiring on the back and leg muscles, not for the unfit (but hey we're trying to be DIR here ).

Very good course, thanks again for Rich doing it and people helping us prepare for it.

Quite funny seeing myself on video (unaware of the video being on me), constantly checking my trim, it looked like I had some form of nervous twitch!

Richie Stevens (Video boy) sticking kelp fronds in the end of my jet fins ... I looked a right twonk.

Playing with trim and inverting myself... bouyancy Ok though as I stayed put depth wise, pillock!

Getting my first stage to blow its socks off on a valve shut down drill, wilf!

Over all good for my confidence? Yes!!!
