I'm a rescue diver!
Hi all,

I passed my rescue diver course this morning Did the open water stuff in a resivoir on the weekend (vis about 1/2 a metre made search patterns a little more tricky) and passed my theory this morning, now just have to find another photo to send to PADI (do they not have enough of them already?!). Can thoroughly recommend it to anyone thinking of doing it, a very tiring but rewarding course. Hopefully has made me a safer diver to be with. Now lots of diving (hopefully) and trip to egypt to look forward to

Congrats, the Rescue Diver course is one of the favorite courses with divers (and is fun to teach as well) as well as providing very valuable skills. Well done.

Congrats Helen, well done on passing RD.

Blondie, why wait, I did my RD very early (within the 1st three months) and never looked back as I felt I had built up a nice diving tool-kit that would develop with me.

When we went on holiday, I was very glad of the change in attitude (and increased situational awareness) that having completed the course.
