| Tis true! Gloves from the local petrol station work a treat. I recently bought some of the new Northern Divers ones, they are titanium lined, very stretchy and easy to get on when wet. Ivon |

| the first thing is make sure they are not to tight, daft as it sounds many divers get gloves that are too small, if that does not help grab a handful of the free throw away gloves which you find at petrol station, they work a treat, just dont forget to take them home when you are finished diving as it a royal pain in the @rse the number of people who discard these at dive sites when they are finished diving.

| Plastic gloves These gloves are also very handy when using drygloves and you have let water enter the gloves on the first dive. |

| I have seen many a petrol station helped from their overwhelming glove stocks! |

| If you have the gloves to spare ....take two pairs for two dives ..... or you can also get better quality plastic gloves from mackro or similar places for about £5 for 100 .........

| Yup, crinkly plastic gloves from the petrol station work a treat getting my semi-dry 5mm gloves on - they are near impossible to get on without the plastic gloves. I tried latex surgical gloves but these didn't work - I'll stick to my free supplies from BP!
