DM skills breakdown

I dont know whether anyone can help.
A long time ago,(probably a year or so) I seem to remember someone posted a link to somewhere where someone had written a breakdown of the DM demonstration skills for practising ie each skill was broken down into 4-5 steps I have spent ages trawling through old postings and done various searches to no avail can anyone help?
It'd be worth a few greens and maybe a few of these and these and possibly one of these

why not write them out yourself

i wrote mine out myself ,i found this helped me think through each step, and i came up with far more than 5 steps for each skill, for instance a 5 point ascent i broke down to 13 steps.

13.... that is all verry nice for doing your DM, but the point of the whole thing is : " the OWD student has to be able to learn from what you do, without overcomplicating things " .... please keep that in mind.

no over complication involved

There is no overcomplication envolveld. In my statement of breaking a particular skill down .I had it go as follows.
1. signal ok.
2.signal for fin pivot.
3.signal you watch me.
4.show venting of bcd.
5.point to fins, show legs appart, show this with hands.
6.with bcd control in left hand show breathing normally with right hand.
I could go on to all 15 points for this particular skill but surely you can see where I am coming from here.
All of this is done in a clear and controled manner in which the students can see the key attributes.Which as far as I can recall is the whole point of the
demonstration.
