Padi Rescue Diver Course
I am aware that i will need to complete the EFR course or equivalent to be able to take the PADI Rescue Diver course!

I have the possibility of doing a St. John's Ambulance 'First Aid at Work' course, through my work.

Does anyone know if this meets the course content of the EFR course?

Erm best one is to get your employer to psay for you to go on a HSE approved first aid course, then you get it for free and you can put it on your CV.

The syllabus at that level is set in stone so they are much of a muchness.
