capernwray emergency action plan

Hello to all
I have just completed the rescue diver course at capernwray and am looking for a copy of their emergancy action plan i.e local hospital,which recompression chamber they use & which method of transport,
local dan numbers etc. Would appreciate any information anyone can give me

Hi yes i have tried Capernwray but was told to call into shop on my next visit, as this is likeley to be 4 weeks from now it would be too late

Best bet

Call the nearest hospital, which Im almost certain is Lancaster Infirmary. Ask to be put through to the anaesthetics dept and explain the situation. I expect the secretaries will know who is the expert in that field.
I'm pretty sure they will help, or at least know who to best advise you.

Surely Capernwray don't decide on the chamber this will depend on the nearest available one, not necessarily the nearest.

I appreciate I haven't done a rescue course but why are DAN numbers relevant, the rescue sevices will do all the co-ordinating.

Hi Fiona DAN have specially trained people on hand 24 hours a day who are there and available to give any help related to pressure injuries etc
