| I've not done any training with them but its a good place to dive from and Rich is an OK bloke. It would be on my list. Chris

| Yep, Rich has a good reputation as an Instructor for sure. The main focus of the business is on traing rather than kit sales so you can be pretty well assured of the training being put first. Have a look at the website in order to see the dives that Rich does himself. Deep Blue Diving - Home HTH

| Yep, I did the Adv.nitrox and Deco.proc. course with Rich. He is a great instructor, very sharp and doesn't miss much. Did the trimix course with him and remember him following the group up the line from 60m, never touching the line, and holding perfect stops barely moving his flippers- an incredible diver. Bit of a DIR advocate, i.e. doesn't like steel deco bottles and independant twins, but the boat setup is handy and the gas is the cheapest on the south coast! Just make sure you are OK with the maths (there really are many) first as it will make the course a lot smoother and you can spend more time on the kit and in-water stuff. P.S. The fact that he passed me doesn't bias me at all! Plug over |
