Fairly interesting watch - cheers! Did you notice all the comments below it? Some fools were convinced one of them died?!?

Unfortunatly for me, I then clicked one of the 'related videos' links and got footage of a diver drowning at 98m. Couldn't bring myself to watch past the point where he started having o2 convulsions. Not convinced that something like that belongs in the public domain.
Not going to post the link here sorry - it felt ghoulish enough just to have seen the first part.

Don't worry, someone else did!
Conclusion was that the guy who it happened to was asking for trouble.

I watched the whole clip and was completely horrified by the whole experience.

Afterwards I was left wondering "Why?" I don't understand the mentallity behind it.

The same thing happened to me but ended up watching the whole video. I will not com ment as I have no idea on what happened, accident or not so will not speculate. Just hope that video makes people think twice to going to depths unprepared.

Did I see right. The guy with the freeflow tried to grab his buddies stage reg and his buddy batted him away! It's amazing how long (20 seconds) it takes for the Instructor or Buddy to fin round and try and shutdown the right post, it feels like eternity!

I assumed that was the instructor having the free flow (am I wrong).

So much for the horizontal trim when doing shutdowns

Why did that other guy get in the way, didn't he know it was being filmed

I guess it does have value in that it shows how quickly things can get ugly that deep without the right gear and mix.
Still, times sure have changed when you can watch someone die from your armchair. I just keep thinking about what his family must feel having it out for public display like that - some of the comments left by the random web kiddies with youtube accounts were just foul!

It still makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck thinking about it.
