Imported post Cool, I will dive with anyone (tart). Good plan we will see what everyones comfort level is, sort out buddy pairs, that should end up dictating how we actually do the dive from there on. No point in worrying too much at this stage as things might change between now and then (someone may suddenly get a stinking cold or ear infection on meeting the rabble ;) ) Matt, regarding the frock, if you have time get Adam to try it on, wait for him to go blue and pass out, rob his piggy bank and then try stretching the neck seal over a cylinder overnight before thinking of trimming it (Probably best to get Adam out of the suit before stretching it over the cylinder ;) ). Although it might fit straight off See ya Sunday Daz

Imported post Aren't I a dumb arse. What part of "Adam will not get much chance to try it on" did I not understand :banghead: OK we bundle him in it as quickly as possible and if he is still upright after 20 minutes it should be OK ;) Daz (Sorry - will pay attention next time - but it is almost home time  )

Imported post No worries. Piggy bank - no thats already empty, he owes me £300 for a guitar, but he's paid £300 so far. Oh the expense! C U Sunday and dont go gettin an ear infection. Matt

Imported post cheers for the phone call Kev. See ya on Sunday with all the rabble...do ya think Stoney knows what its letting itself in for? Ben, don't blow us out for St Abbs ...we've gotta shift this bloody lawnmower sharpish!!! Cheers Nige

| Imported post Friends, Romans, Countrymen..... I thank you all for a great day on Sunday, I can't believe Ben dropped out for Abbs (go figure hey, Stoney or Abbs). Highlights and lowlights for those interested. I got the chance to put faces to names. I thoroughly enjoyed all of your company and thanks to all who buddied me. Nige (GPS) Pierce did a fine job of navigating and took us to every planned attraction (he also was pretty chilled about it, and not once did he have that "Crikey, what a stroke of luck" look on his face. ;) - Keep the hat Nige - you deserve it :thumb: All of my buddies were well chilled and cool on the day (Adam was slightly more chilled and cool than the rest - Anyone got a autodump on offer to a good home !!) Also congrats to Adam on his first trip to the Stanagath :yelclap: - not phased in the slightest and big kudos for his swim through (like a rat up a drainpipe ;) ) We misplaced Matt and then found him again - Careless I know. Kev was a genuinely nice chap (despite breaking one of the main PADI standards for an instructor - :scared: Shock, horror on the pricing for the drysuit orientation, what would PADI say about this missed business oportunity !!) I might not have mentioned you all by name but I had a great day (Don't tell anyone - but it will be remembered as my all time favourite day at Stoney :o ) Thank you all until next time. | Imported post Nige (and the others) glad you enjoyed it, more than Adam anyway. We had another trip on Monday night - Whipps Cross Hyper unit. See my post on Surface Interval page for info. Nothing serious, didnt dampen any enthusiasm. Like the sound of a Weymouth trip, whos's organising it? Matt ps just noticed your post Daz. You didnt loose me, I swam off after we agreed to it, then I couldnt see you or Adam so I looked around for a bit, nothing, surfaced, good as gold you surfaced a few seconds later (about 6 feet away - good viz. not) and we continued the dive - all properly executed as per the manual, dont put yourself down my friend.
