London Events

During September we will be running two events in central London.

Thursday 16th September - Introduction to Technical Diving
This high level introduction to Technical Diving covers the background to technical diving, routes into technical diving and a description of various aspects of technical diving. It is a great opportunity to decide if technical diving is for you and if so what courses/route you should consider.

Tuesday 28th September - Introduction to Decompression Theory
If you want to find out more about decompression then this session provides a more in depth view of decompression theory. Starting with the historical background to decompression we cover the mechanisms of traditional dissolved gas models as well as bubble models. On/Off gassing, perfussion, diffusion, critical supersaturation and M-values are all explained. This seminar is designed for those who may not have a maths or medical degree and want to find out about these topics in plain english.

Each event is £5 and numbers are strictly limited so reserve your place now. Events will be held in Holborn WC2 and will start at 7pm and run until approx 9pm.

Thanks for the Introduction to Technical Diving last night. As a very soon to be user of twins I found it very useful and served as a good "heads up" as to what's required in this area and has made me even more determined to complete my advanced nitrox and deco.
