The annoying thing about the rep thing is you don't know who done it, so it can't really be a reflection on this idea, YD or dalesdiver.

Maybe we should ask the admins to make the comments non-anonymous.

Back on topic. I think the 1-2-1 training is a great idea, I think I might have a chat to them in the next few months as a way of helping me further into this UK diving thing.
