Arrow Personal Diver Coaching - Above and Beyond Instruction

Hi All,

At Dales Divers, we have been working on developing training courses that will benefit ALL DIVERS - no matter what their certification and training agency.

Using some of the latest performance and coaching techniques and philosophies, we intend to launch our own performance coaching and development courses.

Each course will be tailored to the individual and will take into account your experience, diving interests and your future plans for diving. We will then work with you to develop skills and abilities to benefit directly your divng, or to help you work towards a particular goal or aspiration. The coaching days will involve in-water diver training theory and the development of you own personalised training plan.

If you are new to U.K. diving (and even if you're not), and want to develop your skills and confidence, or looking to book those boat or adventure dives, if you are working towards an expedition to Scappa, Norway or beyond, or you're thinking of moving on to a twinset or mixed gas diving, then this diver-development coaching will benefit you.

Courses are undertaken at your pace and will cost £80 a day including coaching, gas (other than trimix) and a personal training plan. The length of the course is tailored to suit you. Courses can be tailored to small groups and buddy pairs.

NB: Dales Divers' previous clients and ALL YD'ers will receive a special offer of £60 a day until the end of October 2004. For more information and details on a training plan to suit you, contact me at Dales Divers at:

andy@dalesdivers.co.uk

Better still, please call me on TEL: 07702 - 819381 and we can discuss what approach to, and course of skills in diving is best for you - if you get my answer phone, please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Best regards and dive safe,

Andy Hayhurst.

This sounds like a great service, and from reading HelenM's report, it certainly sounds like it's being delivered in a very thorough, professional and individually tailored way. Good work!

Having seen lots of people who've bought more technical kit and then have no idea how to use it, this is a service that I think is in high demand...

Mr Hayhurst is also a very nice person as well as a very compotent instructor. So get on up there, or across, or down, and make use of his skills

Thumbs up My experiences of this...

If you want to see the sort of thing you can get out of this, just as an example, my post on my couple of days with Andy is here: http://www.yorkshire-divers.co.uk/fo...2&page=1&pp=10

I found it invaluable, as well as an awful lot of fun.

That would explain a lot - his ISP was playing up last time I was in Sedburgh.

FWIW, I have done a lot of training with Andy and thoroughly recommend him. The idea of a one-on-one remedial session sounds excellent. If you don't know any better, who else will put your mistakes right?
