<font color='#000080'>I can see my mate in Aukland getting a visit from me soon! If so we'll have to make the trip to the south island. Is the diving just as good in the north?

I am so enormously jealous! &nbsp;Seeing the orc in BC was one of the most amazing moments and i got so far as to don snorkel and mask and try and stick my head underwater off the boat to see if I could hear them. &nbsp;To be in the water and watch them cruise past.........phew!

I might have joined you in the egg-laying moment though &nbsp;

Stunning.

Lou

Speaking of Orcas - sad news:

Fjord funeral for Keiko

The Free Willy star Keiko was buried yesterday near the Norwegian fjord that was the home of the world-famous killer whale in the last year of its life. Keiko, 27, died of pneumonia.

Wow - awesome day you had there.

Never seen them under water, but seen them up in the Shetlands. We were having lunch on shore when a Pod of 4 (mum, dad &amp; the kids) cruised into our bay looking for seals. Mum and Dad up either side and the rug rats in the middle. We followed them for about half an hour in our RIBS and they maintained this pattern in each bay.

We had no inclination to get into the water mind you..... well, the dog with us wanted to, but we kept him well on board.

Must see if I can dig out the photos.

Cheers

Simon Nash
