Thumbs up Braved the Hurricane

The Great Fen Storm of 2005.winds of oh 90mph whistleing across the fens.
my self and my intrepid buddy,(sherpa Jason) managed to make our way across the Siberian landscape to dear old Guildenburgh where we encounterd My old mucka Dan E who had also made his way out from civilisation to go pond diving.
The water was a balmy 5c and even the pike were huddled around a 1 bar electric fire that some poor student had left behind. That is all apart from the one on the top dec of the bus who had sliped up stairs for a smoke.

Actually the sholes of shimmering fry were realy quite stunning all resplendent in thier perlecent scales reflecting in the low winter fen sun. it just has to be seen to be believed some times.

Thanks to who ever made it possible for me to see such wonders.

See you all again soon Lou.

Nice to see you again Lou.

All the young fish hanging around the bus and the platforms did make for a wonderful sight, shame the water was so flipping cold

I'm hoping to thaw out sometime soon!
