| Don't suppose you will want to hear just how good the morning dive on the Camberwell was either. 7m vis and no torch required. Well worth getting up for but still too chilly for me to do much in the way of stops (9C). By the time we got back to the beach the wind had swung Southerly and was starting to pick up. I arrived home just about the time we would have been getting back from the Algiers and it was pretty black, raining and the wind was up to a 4. Better luck next time Matt. |

| After spending Saturday in Wraysbury, I had agreed to do a shore dive near Selsey. As this was to be my first UK shore dive I was well up for it. Watching TV Saturday night, phone goes. It is said friend, the bus driver, telling me that one of the other drivers at his garage has reversed a bus into his car, taking the wing off. Oh bugger, that'll be the dive off then. Wait, you can borrow your brothers motor, sweet. Sunday morning, another phone call, clutch cable has snapped on brothers car. So the closest I got to water on Sunday was watching a snidey copy of 'The Life Aquatic', don't other, it was crap.
